Gavin Saunders
Chief Executive Officer
Gavin Saunders was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of LMG in 2016, following joining LMG in 2012 as Finance Director.
Gavin has over 20-years’ experience in retail, hotels, wholesaling, financing, corporate advisory, and funds management, including extensive team and portfolio management, equity and debt financing and M&A transactions.
Gavin believes in the power of the collective LMG group to deliver Retail Excellence Together through the benefit of being independent and local, while having the National support and sole focus of the LMG team.
Gavin is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting / Finance) degree.
Damien Page
General Manager, Merchandise and Marketing
Damien was appointed General Manager of Beers, Spirits and RTDs at LMG in 2013 and took on the role of General Manager, Merchandise and Marketing, the following year.
Damien has nearly three decades of experience in the liquor industry including roles in merchandise, marketing, retail operations, and buying within national chain retailers. On the supplier side he has managed key accounts and has been involved in winery operations and brand development.
A staunch advocate for independent retailers, Damien is focused on spearheading initiatives that contribute to the sustained growth and success of LMG’s members
Darren Terlich
General Manager- Retail Operations
Darren has held diverse roles across the industry including Retail Area Manager for ALH Group, Supply Chain Leader with Woolworths, Group Operations Manager with Talbot Hotel Group and Director of Raw Espresso Bars.
From 2009 to 2023, Darren co-owned and operated Liquid Specialty Beverages, an on-premise broad range wholesaler operating throughout Queensland and Northern NSW. During this he co-founded an on-premise marketing group, 100Proof, in partnership with Liquid Mix WA and Paramount Liquor.
He also served on the Board of Directors of NILWA from 2009 until 2019.
Darren joined LMG in 2023 in a Supply Chain project role and transitioned to the role of General Manager – Retail Operations in 2024.
Darren completed his Executive Master of Business Administration at Queensland University of Technology.
Andrew Moss
Chief Information Officer
Andrew was appointed Chief Information Officer at LMG in 2022. He has over twenty-five years of experience in technological innovation and strategic leadership. Prior to joining LMG he was General Manager Information Technology then Chief Information Officer at Prosegur, and General Manager Information Technology at Cash Services Australia.
Andrew is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that optimise and streamline processes and enhance the customer experience for LMG’s members.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from University of Technology Sydney.
